How Can I Get Involved?

• Perform in the Concert! Auditions will be on the (add date and where it will take place) Sign up for one of the 10-minute audition slots and prepare a performance that fits this year’s theme! We recommend signing up so you have a time slot that fits your schedule, but walk-ins are available as well. The deadline for audition applications is (Friday, Nov. 3, 2023)

• Submit to the zine! The Freedom Zine accompanies Freedom Songs, a program created and organized by students in 2016, that looks at uplifting various forms of music and art to recognize the differences in our society. The program is specifically a racial justice event, in which we look at issues of race, privilege, and different forms of oppression that come alongside our differences in America. The Freedom Zine features art and writing. We encourage you to submit (including but not limited to) poetry, photography, prose and art that is linked to this year’s theme.
